Step 1: After cleansing in the evening, apply 2 pumps of Crystal Retinal to the face and neck. Allow to absorb then follow with a moisturiser.

After using this for 9 months I expected to see a slight difference but sadly it made none at all. Not worth it in my opinion, especially for that price.

Good started brand
Started with medik8 crystal 3 and worked up to 6. Started twice a week and then every other day until I built up to daily use. Didn’t react to it, but felt my skin looked brighter and fresher. Would recommend if you’re no longer seeing the benefits of the lower strength.
