I pop on in morning prior to applying products and makeup. Reduces puffiness very well. A must have in my routine as I wake up with puffy eyes if I don't have a full 8 hrs sleep. I am 44 so a must have for me. Don't put on straight from freezer warm it up for a few seconds first

Fantastic!
I wanted an eye gel mask to help reduce the tiredness and stinging eyes I would get from a 12 hour shift at the hospital. This eye mask is amazing! Leave it in the fridge all day and then take it out and pop it on just before bed and eyes feel completely different. No more sore, red, tired eyes!
