My yoga students love it!
I've been spraying this before my yoga classes and my students love it. It is so calming and the scent is gorgeous!! You could spray this in your bedroom before sleep and also perhaps if you have children and/or teenagers before they come home from school as it is really calming. Really good price too!

Makes you forget you're at a sweaty gym
