My teeth are not yellow anyway but since using this about 8 months or so, people have commented my teeth look white so I'm assuming this is to do with using this product (about twice a week if that) plus making an effort to floss after meals and keep my dental hygiene up which I think is a good plan if you want your teeth to look nice. Also make sure you see the dentist regularly! I sometimes mix it with other toothpaste as well so maybe give it a go see what you think
