I cannot praise nailtiques product enough. Since I have been using nailtiques protein formula 3 my nails have never been better. My nails are quite hard and strong and because of that they would break quite low down when they got to a decent length. I have been using this product for about a year and have never had a problem with my nails since. I also use formula 1 occasionly. If you have never used nailtiques get the formula that meets your nails requirements. You wont regret it. Its the BEST!
