Excellent Balm.
5I love these balms. Not sticky, perfect amount of colour, buildable and work well with my Charlotte Tilbury pillow talk liner for more pop. My favourite is Dolce Vita, a perfect rose shade. Torrid is a nice peach for summer. I have dry lips and these are comfortable and non drying.

Half way between a lip balm and a lipstick
5This is better than a lip balm in terms of the fact it does pigment the lips, whilst not being pigmented enough to be a lipstick. I'm low contrast and fair so this is utterly perfect for a 'no make up' look.
