It works but scent goes after a while
It works and helps me get to sleep but the scent goes from my pillow after a while and if I wake in the night I need to spray again, not good for such a high end brand

Does the trick!
I love Neals Yard remedies but have always been cynical about any product claiming to help you get to sleep. As anyone who struggles with sleeping knows, there’s no one quick fix. Nevertheless I thought I’d give this a go. The fragrance is very relaxing but not heavy and a couple of sprays really does help you to relax and, for me, brings sleep on. Out of all the similar products I’ve tried, this has worked best for me.

Beautiful scent
As with all Neal's Yard products, this sprays smells beautiful but its scent doesn't last as long as I might have hoped. That said, still a really lovely product that makes you feel instantly relaxed at bed time
