Odd smell
I recently bought the Neal’s Yard orange facial wash…. this is usually an excellent product and smells absolutely lovely with good foaming properties…. Sadly this bottle did not come up to expectations and left my face feeling sore and red.. product was swiftly rinsed off and binned.. Customer service contacted and item refunded. I hope no one else has this problem… usually Neal’s Yard products are just beautiful. I’ve been using them for years… The smell on this was really AWFUL and HORRIBLE!! A chemical nasty smell and upset my normally insensitive face. Yuck!

My all time favourite facial wash! I just love Neals Yard Remedies and the smell of this is heavenly and not overpowering! Such a gentle product so good to use twice a day and cleans the skin really well. A little difficult to get out the bottle once you hit the end but I turn it upside down to rest and unscrew the pump as you wouldn’t want to lose any of this. Will repurchase forever, never found anything better.
