NIOD Survival 0 Serum has been specially formulated to help support the skin's defence system against damaging effects of the environment and lifestyle.
Designed for night-time use (does not contain UV protection), the defence system utilises a host of advanced technologies to shield skin against harmful factors such as stress and pollution. Lightweight and comfortable, the formula contains Purified Lutein, an antioxidant ingredient extracted from Marigold Flower to help counteract the effects of blue light while enhancing elasticity.
Yeast-Derived Superoxide Dismutase provides further protection against oxidation, while Purified Knotgrass keeps skin safe from the negative effects of infrared and prevents the appearance of photodamage. Also contains Purified Deep-Sea Algae, a component that forms a physical shield against pollution; a known contributor to premature ageing. pH 6.75-7.25.
Suitable for all skin types.

Summer Staple
Have been using it for years in the spring summer months. Although it is suggested as a part of the night time routine, I use it as an antioxidant serum in the morning. It has a brownish colour and it smells like basil to me, but it doesn't stain my skin, absorbs very quickly.

Wonderful formula
I love everything about this serum. The texture is perfect for my combination skin. The ingredients list is very impressive which I feel justifies the price. A must have if you live in the city to help protect against all that pollution. It works perfectly before moisturiser and sunscreen.

Not for my skin
I was really excited to try this product after hearing lots of great reviews. I used it as directed, with my normal skincare regime and it completely stripped my skin. I woke the following morning with dry, flaky and angry red patches. I left it about a week and tried again but the same thing happened. I love lots of NIOD products, however this wasn't for me.

My favorite serum
I'm on my third bottle now and this is my favorite serum ever. Texture is great, it does not contain fragrance and you wake up with a nice skin in the next day.

Positively impressed
This serum-lotion is lightweight in texture, is perfect as a final step of my minimal nightly routine for combination acne-prone skin. I wasn't expecting that this would minimize texture and blackheads (which actually makes sense because the antioxidants in the formula prevent oxidation and darkening of the sebum). One pump is the perfect amount.

I love this serum. It is so lightweight in texture yet packs a heavy punch with its ingredients. I use this day and night, my skin has improved in both appearance and texture and it behaves well with other products so layering is a dream. I think for the price this is a must, I've just ordered my third bottle - thankfully it now comes with a pump instead of a dropper which is much easier. Its worth visiting deceim's website to read about all the technology that is in the tiny bottle. An essential addition to anyones daily routine!
