Definitely would recommend
This goes on thin then gets tacky. My first eye primer. I like how the wand makes it easy to apply on the move.

Ineffective
This product simply does not work. I have used it numerous times now to give it the benefit of the doubt and each time i end up with creases and eyeshadow from my lower lids transferring onto my upper lids. It looks terrible. i do not recommend and my skin is not oily.
