Rich in hydrating Shea Butter and Avocado Oil, the conditioner helps to fight frizz by coating strands in a protective shield that stops water loss in its tracks, locking in essential moisture for silky-smooth results.
Fortified with Hydrolysed Keratin, your hair fibres will appear stronger and more resilient when it comes to brushing and styling, helping you to maintain a healthy look for longer. Marshmallow Root is a natural emollient, meaning knots won’t stand a chance. Enjoy soft, detangled hair that’s easy to run your fingers through.
The conditioner is infused with a delicate scent made up of bright Orange and Peony and joined by Jasmine, Magnolia, Orris and Musk, making for a subtle, uplifting aroma that stays with you after washing.
Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with luke warm water. Lather a quarter size amount of THICK shampoo in hands and then work into your roots and where hair touches the scalp. Rinse shampoo. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner. Apply a quarter size amount of THICK conditioner, focusing on midshaft and ends. Rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle and added shine.
Tetrasodium Edta, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzyl Salicylate, Limonene, Hexyl Cinnamal, Ci 15985 (Yellow 6).

Fantastic value for great conditioner
I bought this on Black Friday sale last year and since then I'm using it on my long hair everyday(I wash my hair everyday) but it still has 1/3 left in April! It hydrates my thick long hair very well without making them too oily, and smells lovely too.

I use the detox shampoo along with the thick hair shampoo and conditioner. My hair could not survive without them.

Love the conditioner
I adore this but the conditioner is too thick for it to be refilled into the ouai bottles, need to rethink the type of packaging. I struggled to refill my bottle with it and i kept having to shake the bottle to get it to settle so i could add more. The actual conditioner itself is out of this world and being able to buy a refill bag working out cheaper its right up my street and i am all for it. I just wish there was a pump or something to make it slightly easier to refill. Conditioner smells great and my curly hair loves it. It hydrates it really well and i will continue to buy for sure!

perfect conditioner in perfect packaging
Really love this for my thick unruly hair. Also love the larger refill pouch, which seems much more eco-friendly than usual dispensers. No need to decant, use it straight from the pouch!

Impressed
This is quite a thick conditioner but I have a lot of hair - I was impressed that I didn’t have to use as much as I normally would either (it took a couple of goes to get the right amount) but it’s made a difference to my hair and has smoothed it right out. It has a gentle scent to it which isn’t overpowering. If you have thick hair - I’d definitely recommend this - just don’t use too much!
