Designed to make styling quicker and easier for thicker, longer hair, the Starlight Collection Wide Iron by CLOUD NINE arrives in a dark-toned metallic silver colourway, allowing you to style with confidence while taking the best care of your hair.

Variable Temperature Control provides five heat settings to allow you to style at the optimum temperature for your hair type, while Predictive Heat Technology ensures even heat distribution across the plates to ensure lower heat and higher shine.

Developed with the brand's innovative Revive Mode™, featuring Axial Vibration™ technology, the plates vibrate at maximum frequency to glide over the hair with minimum friction and heat, protecting against breakage, snagging and snapping.

Step 1: Start with dry hair.

Step 2: Shake your CLOUD NINE Magical Quick Dry Potion heat protector spray to activate the lightweight conditioners, then spritz your hair to provide heat protection.

Step 3: Section your hair and secure it with CLOUD NINE Croc Clips.

Step 4: Select your temperature using the temperature control switch below the wide Floating Ceramic Plates. Temperatures range from 100-200°C. Variable Temperature Control provides a range of settings for a range of hair types. Style at lower temperatures for optimum hair health. Step 5: Smooth the Wide Iron through each section of your hair from root to tip. Our plates are infused with minerals that work miracles. Sericite and Tourmaline help to seal the cuticle and lock in moisture for shinier hair. The wider plate is designed for kinder styling for thicker, longer hair.

Should I use wide-plate or normal straighteners?
For those with longer or thicker hair, it is recommended to use the Wide Iron straighteners. The wider plates are perfect for accommodating more hair, making the styling process faster and allowing you to style more hair in less time.

What size are the plates on the Wide Iron?
The plates are 2 inches wide, making it ideal for long, thick and coarse hair types.

How do I know when my Wide Iron is ready to use?
Switch it on and the green light will start flashing. Once ready to use, it will illuminate steadily at 150°C. To select a higher temperature, press the button with the arrow facing upwards and wait for the temperature change.

Should the plates touch on my Wide Iron?
The plates remain apart, designed as floating plates to glide over hair without clamping, ensuring hair is protected from damage. When the irons are powered off, there is a slight gap between the plates, even when pressed together. Upon activation, this gap decreases, allowing smooth gliding over your hair for styling without snags.
