It is easier to say whom it will not suit as it's quite universal
First, the quality is outstanding. A blush is like a whipped cream and well pigmented, it can be layered too if you preferba brighter look. A highlighter has the most beautiful glass-like finish and looks gorgeous, glowy and not too much at the same time. However, this duo might not suit a very fair skin as the blush is an apricot colour which is more orange than pink. And a highlighter is sheer but on a very fair skinnit can look too yellow. I have very fair, slightly peachy skin and I adore the highlighter (and I have bought it for a highlighter to be honest)! At the same time, I can't use it in the inner corner of the eye or on the brow bone as it is too dark and too yellow for my skin in that area(and it's too sheer to give enough of sparkle as well disregard of it's colour). And the blush is not the best match for my skin too - a bit too orange! On me pale pink, bright coral and roseberry blush shades look so much better. I do alreay have perfect blushes from ND and just wanted a highlighter so I am happy with my purchase. Also with a fuller coverage foundation or if I will get a little bit of tann(which is unlikely as I mostly just burn and can get a little bit of tann only with some products!) or with adding a bit of bronzer(I have a great one from ND too) I can make it work...but I probably will not bother. So if you are like a "chief of pale-faced" like me, think twice :) On everyone else, from light to deeper skin tones, both of them will look beautiful in my opinion.
