Awful product and services
Used other products from Paul Mitchell and they’ve been great. This one is really horrible. Gives no shine and dried my hair out after one wash and hair looks very dirty. Very disappointing. Emailed look fantastic and refused to exchange or refund the product as the product was used. Instead I was told I should oil my hair....and use other products to add shine....I wouldn’t be surprised if the item is very old and out of date (one of the other buyer received out of date product) so do have my concern

Absolutely brilliant shampoo and conditioner, really does the job, leaves hair beautiful. And the bonus bag is fantastic value. Well recommended.
