1I don't know if I just got a bad bottle or what.. The reviews here says it smells great.. The Seal and Shine I just got, doesn't smell particularly good... I don't see it shine in my hair, even though I dry my hair after I spray it in. And once I spray, I immediately start to cough. Something bugs my throat... I won't be purchasing this again.

5I like that Paul Mitchell Seal And Shine makes hair look shinier, the smell is nice and big plus for not making my hair look greasy or dry. My expectations about this product are fulfilled. Hard to say about heat protection yet (time will show).

I heart Paul Mitchell products
5I bought Paul Mitchell Seal And Shine years ago and have recently gone back to it. The results are fantastic. I instantly saw the difference in my hair, it just felt so much softer and is visibly shiner. It's a great product for everyday hair maintenance.
