I’ve been using it for more than a year . My hair is fine and it used to look dull and with split ends. My scalp is sensitive and oily. This shampoo is perfection I’m a bottle. It smells nice , it cleans gently and makes my hair healthy and shiny in a good way. The only thing is I can’t find the right conditioner yet.

I have used this shampoo for years and ordered it from Look Fantastic. The bottle came half empty and smelling like coconut. Paul Mitchell doesn't smell like that. When I reported it, Look Fantastic acted like it was somehow my fault.

Have spent fortunes on shampoos and conditioners in the past, as have always been searching for something that works. There have been other good but some dreadful and price not an indicator of performance .... this is it, this one does it all. If you have to wash your hair daily like me, this is the best of the best; I also combine with the conditioner even though was so sceptical of a leave-in type. Perfect.

I have been using this product for around 15 years. It is ideal for me as I wash my hair every morning. Using a pump dispenser it lasts me ages. I have found the right shampoo for me so I'm not going to change it now. Also, buying from Look fantastic saves me a few pounds on the local shops. Win win!

This shampoo is just lovely. My hair feels squeaky clean - but is not drying at all. The condition of my hair feels much improved. It smells great too (like Pina Colada!) - but best of all it is not tested on animals. I have looked for a long time to find a top quality product that is cruelty free - here it is at last!
