FANTASTIC
5Thought I would write a review on this fantastic product....all am going to say it has changed my skin so much all of my brown spots from the sun all the spots under the skin have gone NO lie what’s so ever!! Am on the second bottle of the large size so please give this a try am so so happy with the outcome has changed my skin for the better....I also use other Paula’s choice products and am in love with them all :)

No changes
1I bought this after seeing so many positive reviews so thought it would be good for my skin. Even after using the whole bottle I've noticed no changes in my skin. Very disappointed

Great product
5I was originally a little disappointed that I got the old white packaging bottle sent to me instead of the black bottle advertised, however I didn’t return it as it is the exact same product. Having said that the actual product is amazing. Doesn’t irritate the skin although if your new to this maybe use it once a day for the first week so your skin can get used to it. I now used it twice a day. Will be repurchasing and I am hoping I will get the new packaging bottle sent to me this time.

Amazing product that saves me!
5There are already many good reviews about this product here. I just want to add one more hopefully help you decide if you are still in doubt. This product had always been a best seller before I knew about it. Using it and seeing it save my skin make me think that it is definitely up to its reputation if not more So I had quite a lot of acne on my forehead and one of my cheek which really upset and discourage me for very long time. I tried so many acne treatment product but nothing helps until I decided to purchase this Paula's Choice BHA. After around 2 weeks-1 month of using, it eliminate all my acne!!! I was very careful when I started using it as I know it has purging effect which means it digs out all hidden acne under skin to the surface. Initially I familiarise my skin with it by using in a small area only every other day. After seeing no negative reaction and skin started to get used to it, I use it all over my face everyday. The direction says to apply it cotton pad but I think it's best to put 1-2 drops in your palm and apply it into your skin. Cotton pad will absorb everything which makes you to use a bigger amount 1-2 drops are enough for the whole face. It will be a bit sticky but it's the way it is and you should leave it for 30 mins for the liquid to work before continuing with your skincare regime. The bottle can last for really long I have been using it for 5 months and I feel I owe it a good review so here it is. Give it a go because it really works like magic!

Life changing!
5I went on medication (Isotretinoin) for 6 months from April- Sep 2018 and that completely cleared my skin after 6 years of acne and scarring. It did this largely by drying out my skin and prior to this I had spend SO much money on acne products that did nothing. A few weeks after I came off it, I started to develop bumps under the skin along my jawline and the spots slowly started to come back; I was honestly heartbroken. I bought a sample size of this product and within two weeks of using twice a day, noticed a huge improvement. It dries out my skin in the same way that the medication did and I can keep on top of any bumps or spots. It's learning the balance initially as if you use it twice a day for a while it can dry it out too much, but I'd accepted this with the medication. Now if my skin texture starts to get bumpy I use it once of twice a day for a few days and notice and almost overnight improvement. If i have spots, I dab this on to the spot and it dries up incredibly well (I've had spots disappear overnight). Yes this improvement was kickstarted by medication, but I would definitely try it however bad you think your acne is (mine was severe and now my skin gets so many complements). I still have some discolouration from the acne, but this is easily covered. I've recommended this product to friends and rave about it. Please give it a go, I doubt you'll regret it.

Life changing
5I ‘ve been suffering from these tiny little bumps since I was 19 years old. I literally tried everything, but I just couldnt make them go away. As I got older it started to be even worse. Expecially at summers when I had million little ugly bumps all over on my face. Ive lost all of my self-confidence, I felt ugly and I was terrified to step into the sun light -thats where everybody could see these little bumps. I read about these product a few months ago (when I turned 28) but I didnt have so much hope - in the last decade I tried a lot of things but nothing ever helped my skin. I could see the difference after a few nights, but the bumps were still there. I also started to have a few huge red bumps on my face. My skin was so dry. So I started to use it only every other /or 3 days, and that when the MIRACLE started to happen. Since than I havent got anything on my face, and after 1-2 month it started to disapear from my forehead!!! Now I have an almost clear skin. Of course there are some bumps on it, but Ive never hoped in the last years that I could get a clear skin like I have now. I still use it every other night (on my cheeks just one time a week, because its so sensitive and I dont have any bumps on them anymore) I hope they will never stop making these product, because It really changed my life. Only those can understand this feeling who had these little monsters on their faces for a really long time. Thank you❤️❤️❤️❤️

5I ordered the product because I had heard highly regarded reviews about it. I have always been self conscious about the lighting I’m under because of these small bumps I had on my forehead. I used the product once I washed my face with a cleanser and applied the tonic I woke up the next morning and I could already see a dramatic difference. So pleased love this product and highly recommend!

An Honest Review
4This is the first BHA toner that l have bought. I was torn between this and the Cosrx BHA power liquid (which l eventually got) as some reviewers said Cosrx one was milder than this. So l thought why not, go hard or go home right? A bit of background on my skin: I have oily skin which can sometimes be borderline greasy. I am talking about cook an egg on my face greasy but that all depends on the day. Anyways so that accompanied with uneven skin, occasional spots here and there, blemishes, texture and large pores, you a summary of my skin. Pros. I definately noticed results but they were not drastic like l had my skin lasered type results. l didn't get as much spots when l used this, my pores were cleaner and looking a little less visible. My skin tone improved from what it was and it texture was better. For the first time ever I received compliments on my skin. So yes, this product works.. but OVER TIME. I was very religious, using it morning and night. I used this for four months but stopped because l personally felt like I reached a plateau with my skin and that it was no longer improving/ I had also ran out of patience. So let's talk about the cons and boy do l have a con or two for you. Cons. The main thing l could not stand about this product was THE GREASY LOOKING FILM IT LEFT ON MY FACE. l might have persevered, until the plateau and the lack of patience but it was hard. l am fine gradually getting oily as the day goes by but not from the get go. I am black, so its pretty obvious when out there shinning bright like a diamond. In front of family and other half it was fine but when it came to strangers I felt obliged to wear makeup in order to cover the film whilst getting the benefits of the product. Also l did get progressivly more oily using this. Some users of this product said that it dried out their skin. I didn't believe them because well... l had this shine bright like a diamond grease film covering the fact it had dehydrated my skin to smithereens. So in response my skin produced more oils even if l used moisturiser. Nonetheless, this is a good product, it worked and it has improved my skin from what it was before. My reactions to it might not be the same for someone else, as our skin might be slightly different. So it's definitely worth giving it a try.

Fantastic for closed comedones
5I get quite bumpy textured skin on my forehead, with closed comedones and spots that never come to a head. Paula's Choice BHA has been really good at smoothing out my skin, preventing angry inflamed spots and I don't find it irritates at all. I use it once a day, sometimes every other day if I'm using Acnecide in between. Dream acid!
