This is supposed to be hair polish. It is sticky, tacky and anything less like polish I have yet to find

The Best
This Percy & Reed Quite Frankly Flawless Finishing Polish is excellent, it smooths down flyaways and leaves a nice sheen without making the hair greasy or tacky. Also very good for texturing. A little goes a long way so good value for money. Would highly recommend.
