I brought this a few months ago it really improved my fine (but lots of it highlighted hair) I brought the olaplex collection and started using this less but found my dry frizzy ends returned. I have now resumed using this 2 or 3 times a week I still use olaplex too. My hair is beautifully soft less frizzy and easier to manage. I usually sleep in this and wash it out in the morning. My mom who has fine hair which gets greasy easily uses it for 10 or 15 minutes before a wash.
