Stopped My head itching and cleared up the irritation but dried my hair out mega never felt it so dry in my life my hair is highly bleached If your hair is bleached would not recommend

I’ve suffered with psoriasis and dandruff for years and have used many shampoos and conditioners that claim to help but don’t this does help with the itchiness and flaking although doesn’t completely get rid of it with regular use. It does help to calm it down.
