The patented spinning disc with aluminium oxide crystals exfoliates dead skin cells and smoothens the skin's surface without manual scrubbing, minimising the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, blemishes and enlarged pores. - Thoroughly cleanse the skin and allow to dry completely before beginning.
- Make sure that the black filter is on the device to prevent dead skin cells from clogging the vacuum suction.
- After practising with the white disc, move on to the blue disc, which is the most gentle.
- Use the small disc for face and delicate areas and the large disc on the body.
- Use a free hand to pull the skin taut in the treatment area. and move the PMD Personal Microderm in an upward motion across the skin. Do not make more than two passes over one area during the treatment.
- Following the treatment, use a toner to neutralise the pH balance in the skin and a recovery moisturiser.
- Let the skin recover. Wait 6-7 days between treatments.

Love it!
Treated myself as we're in lock down and I'm missing a pamper! Best thing I've ever bought! This and the PMD face cleanser have literally changed my skin! My large acne scars are shrinking, my poors are clean and getting smaller, black heads gone, dark skin spots from pregnancy reducing and this is all after just two weeks of use of the both! A lot of money but so worth it, you won't regret it :)
