Made my hair fall out

I am not sure if this happened to others when purchased this product, but when I used it my hair could not stop falling out, I put the conditioner in and ran through with my hands and there was hair everywhere. I washed it off start away, tried another brand and it was fine. Just be aware.

Massive fan of redken, tones my honey blonde to an Ash blonde I absolutely love this violet pigment duo. I've tried others with no success this product is fantastic. Doesn't dry my hair and the yellow lifts after one use, I will be purchasing again in the near future, keeps my brassy tones at bay absolutely love it.

I’ve use many shampoos over the years but this one is definitely one of the better ones.  Great colour when leaving the leather on and the soft lilac conditioner is perfect. Not too heavy for my hair

I love the smell of the shampoo especially, it has a slightly masculine scent to it. The conditioner smells more feminine. It tones my hair beautifully and gets rid of the braziness. My hair isn’t left feeling dry either after use which is great.

Although the reviews were great on this range, it isn't for my hair unfortunately and makes my hair feel thick and dense like I've not rinsed the conditioner out properly. It smells lovely and I'm sure works wonders on others, but I'll stick to my usual Moroccanoil moving forward.

I’ve just recently got my hair back to blond and bought this, definitely worth the money my hair feels so soft and shiny and I think not as brassy as it was!
