Start with the shampoo - apply to wet hair, lather and rinse well. Repeat if necessary. For maximum benefits, leave second lather on 3-5 minutes. Rinse. Follow with conditioner - apply to lengths. Leave on for 3-5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. In case of contact with eyes, rinse them immediately.

Nice but not quite there
I have always used reken all soft which I love. I saw the science and nature version and thought it would be as good but unfortunately it does not smell nice and after 4 times using it, my hair feels more dry. I don't hate it and it is alot better than supermarket shampoos and conditioners but it does not comparen to the all soft original.

I love this shampoo and conditioner it does make my hair feel clean and very soft!

Disappointed
I have used redken in the past and expected great results from this. Used it for the first time today and I’m not very pleased with the results. It left my hair feeling clean but quite dry, not soft like it advertised. Also it has quite a strange smell, kind of like herbal/medicinal that I wasn’t very keen on. Luckily the smell seems to go once your hair is dry. I wouldn’t buy this again...

Amazing!
I have really curly, dry and frizzy hair but this shampoo and conditioner has made it so so soft and my curls look and feel so healthy! Definitely recommend!
