Don’t recommend
This product is not great - the shampoo runs out the bottle like water abs the conditioner is so thick it’s stubborn and really hard to to get out the bottle. The next day after using my hair felt quite rough and a bit frizzy! I have normal sometimes dry hair and this product has been very disappointing

Disappointed
Honestly quite disappointed in this range. For the price I expected it to be really good but I find the shampoo very watery and makes my hair really tangled and the shampoo is an odd consistency, more like a body lotion. It’s also extremely difficult to get the conditioner out the container, a really poor design flaw. I need quite a lot of the conditioner as well, probably double what I’d normally use. On day one my hair does look and feel nice but it gets oily quite quickly. I personally didn’t like the smell either, bit too strong and chemically for me which is odd given it’s supposed to be free of all the nasties. Wouldn’t buy again.

What a difference since using this on my hair feels so much better can’t recommend enough! Just be careful when tipping upside down as bit watery the products!

Super Soft!
My hair was really damaged and dry after using a Live XL dye, and this has made my hair come back to life. Not only is it now shiny again, but my hair feels so soft, and squeaky clean. It smells amazing, and really works well for my hair.

Excellent Conditioner
Both shampoo & conditioner very moisturising and leave my coarse, damaged hair shiny & smooth. Mine is coloured and prone to frizz but this stuff always sorts it out. It is very pricey but in my view worth it. I do wish they would make it a bit easier to get the conditioner out of the bottle somehow - i store it upside down & it's still like the old-fashioned glass ketchup bottles where u whack it & wait....i squeeze this one too but it still takes ages to come out but it is so good for my hair it's worth it. Just wish i could get more than 3/4 doses out of each bottle! I go thru 2 conditioners for every 1 bottle of shampoo of this stuff. In fact that applies to ALL the Redkens that i've tried & they're all good but i'm trying to just use the silicone free ones in the nature range.
