Life changer
5Absolutely love this cream, it smells lovely and makes hair so much easier to manage. Can't live without it now.

No silver bullet
3As someone who can't blow dry their hair without it going haywire, this cream holds well without going crispy or heavy. It's possibly a bit too light though, and needs either many reapplications, or supplementing with a serum or heavier product.

So easy!
5I'm unwell and therefore unable to blow dry out spend ages styling my hair. My hair is curly and I'm a constant fiddler with it so it can easily become frizzy and I hate that crunchy feel you get from a mousse and air drying. This only needed a tiny amount and when it cried the curls were beautifully defined and soft. I could run my fingers through it and even sleep on it without it becoming a fluff ball and you can barely feel the product there. Really love it!

Useless
2I didn’t do anything at all for me. Not good, not bad, that’s why I gave it 2 stars, because it didn’t hurt my hair. Absolutely no difference, even though I tried different amounts just in case and I followed the instructions word by word. A big nothing.

Nice product
5I bought this thinking I wudnt use it much until spring summer when I leave my hair to go wavy but not the case it is a lovely product and my hair is so soft and shiny and smells divine. Wud defo recommend

Curl revitaliser
5I have fairly curly hair but over the years it's become dry and brittle and the youthful curls that once were had now become dry frizz. I couldn't go anywhere without blowdrying my hair until I came across this. As well as caring for my hair with with oils, I use this after washing my hair and it has totally transformed my tresses! The curls that once were have returned and I can't stop getting admiring glances from family and friends! I don't even need to blow dry my hair anymore- the first day the curls are tight and then they loosen up into waves. If my hair gets dry again I just add serum. This stuff is magic- please do not discontinue Redken!

Does this only work for certain people?
1I was looking for something that reduced frizz and gave more definition to my long thick rather than thin hair when I leave it to air dry. This has just made it sticky. I find Sebastian Potion 9 does this so will stop wasting money on trying to find a cheaper alternative. Would be useful to have more info like how much to use, how to apply/style with it.

Worse than no product at all
1I used this product as directed and it resulted in the fluffiest messiest hair I've ever had. It also went sort of sticky and the tangles were awful. My hair looks better with nothing on it at all!

Testing
4Overall it's a great product. Left my hair just how it would being blow dried and I have a hard to manage pixie cut. I have very oily hair aswell and usually products make it worse by this didn't at all. In fact I went an extra day without washing it after using this. Would recommend.
