Postpartum I had a sensitive scalp and was advised my my hairdresser to try this on occasion in rotation with my colour extender shampoo. I enjoyed the combination and find Redken products to be very good in general

Love this product and it’s menthol smell. I have a really dry scalp and this just combats it. I now wait longer gap between washes (helps with afro-caribbean hair!) before my scalp starts to itch again.

I started suffering with a flaky scalp all of a sudden and bought this on a whim to see if it would help. I’ve been using it for a few months now and have noticed a massive improvement. It doesn’t lather particularly well for me, but I’m a long time user of sulphate free shampoos anyway so am quite used to that. Has a lovely nice menthol scent too!

This is an absolute saviour!

I have suffered with dry scalp conditions for over 10 years and have tried every product you can think of! Even when I’ve managed to control my scalp psoriasis I still would suffer from terribly dry itchy scalp with severe dry flakes. This has been the only product in 12 years where I’ve actually had long last results without the dryness and itchiness flaring up again. I would genuinely recommend this product as it’s been an absolute saviour for me!

I love this shampoo. I ordered this shampoo after my scalp started to itch really bad to the point I would wake up in the night itching my scalp. It soothed my scalp on the first use and has continued to sooth it after every wash.

This hasn’t worked for me at all. My hair is usually greasy and at times can be a bit sensitive and itchy with flakes. This after two weeks has made my scalp so irritated that it is bleeding and sore. It’s made it more itchy and unfortunately I’ve got such dry skin on my scalp (yet hair still greasy) that I almost look like I have nits! (I haven’t). My daughter has been using it and her hair is usually just normal, she has got large flakes now coming from her scalp. Not for us I’m afraid

Great for my sensitive scalp

I’ve tried several dozen shampoo for sensitive/itchy scalps. I always read reviews first and this one received a mixed bag but mainly good.  For me I know after a week if it’s for me or not. Thankfully this is good for me.  I personally love the scent it’s a bit of a minty smell. The texture is lovely, it makes my hair feel lovely and soft. But ultimately it has not irritated my scalp since first using (been using for around 3 weeks now). My scalp is still a little dry, but no itching/flaking. I usually have to wash my hair daily because the itch creates oil build up, but I can stretch to two days now.
