The worst liner I've EVER used
I was so excited to get this liner (I ordered it in 3 colours). Sadly it's truly rubbish. It is horrible to apply, you cant smudge it out or blend It at all, the pigment keeps lifting off my lid altogether and the colours are nothing like they look in the advertisement. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.
