Sambucol Extra Defence is a health supplement that helps to support the immune system. With an AntiVirin® action, it's rich in extra-strength vitamin C, zinc, antioxidants and minerals, which can help to boost your body's natural defences. Directions for Use:
Recommended Daily Dose: Adults and children aged 12+: 10-15ml.
Winter Dose: Adults and children aged 12+: 10-15ml four times daily.
Cautions and Warnings:
- Not suitable for children under 12 years old
- If you're pregnant, breast feeding, have an underlying medical condition or are under medical supervision, seek medical advice before taking
- Keep out of reach and sight of children
- Once opened, keep the bottle tightly sealed and store in a dry place below 25°C

So far so good
Been taking Sambucol now every morning for the past month and genuinely feel it's helped me to be more well - I've not caught any of the nasty bugs and as much as the taste wasn't for me at first, I've gotten used to it and it's become quite nice. Great to keep your immune in check

Really helps
Great for helping to shorten any colds. I'm prone to ear infections. Had 5 in one year that lead to colds and 2 chest infections. Haven't had one ear infection all year since taking this . When I did have a cold it was alot milder than I usually have aswell and lasted 3 days
