Section clean, wet hair. Apply generously. Use a wide tooth comb to distribute evenly from root to ends. Leave in for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. For more intense conditioning, cover hair with plastic cap and apply moderate heat for up to 30 minutes.

I found that this didn’t leave my hair particularly soft or shiny. It had an unpleasant sticky feel to the hair after use

Very good mask
I liked the mask, as my hair is quite curly, frizzy and super dry and this mask made my hair soft and bouncy and looking healthy, very noticeable result.

Disappointed
This feels amazing when you first put it on and makes my hair feel really soft and smooth in the showe BUT once my hair is dry the product leaves leaves it feeling greasy and heavy with a lot of build up. (I have long, thick and dry hair)

Didn't suit very fine hair
First, the smell reminds me of Avon products. For very fine, wavy hair it wasn't a big hit- provided good amount of moisture verging on being overmoisturized, after using it 2x in a row it left a feeling of heavyness and buildup on my hair, so not that weightless as it claims to be. I'll try the conditioner from the same line before giving up on trying Shea Moisture on myself.

great product!
It works in a matter of seconds I immediatley felt my hair reacting to the product. It made my hair look so good, moisturized, healthy and it smells devine to me! I can't get enough of it. I for sure recommend it! I let my mom try it too and she was in the clouds it made her hair feel soft.
