Watermelon... initially.
4As someone who is not a fan of the "fake tan" developer smell, I was eager to try St. Tropez's gradual tax with Watermelon to banish that smell for good. During application, a lovely, fresh, watermelon scent (hurrah) but as the day progresses, that usual developer smell emerges. It is a great tan that goes on well, and doesn't streak but unfortunately the watermelon scent does not remain. It takes a good 8 - 12 hours to fully develop and despite not smelling of watermelons, is one I would recommend.

Best gradual tan
5This is a great product, easy to apply & streak free, use just like a moisturiser. I found 1 application was enough for a lovely natural looking tan, & it smells nice.

Not for pale people
2I was hoping for a light glow, but instead have a patchy orange tan. Looks nice in some parts but doesn’t wear off evenly, doesn’t develop evenly but does smell nice. Wouldn’t recommend

Will not use again
1I have very fair skin so was hoping for a light colour that I could build easily over a few days. What I got was a very streaky and orange looking tan that clung to different areas despite being careful to rub in evenly. Might be ok for someone with deeper skin but for me this is just an absolute no go

Amazing product
5This gradual tanner gives me the perfect bronzed look. I have to apply two applications over 2 nights to get a really even bronzed finish. I also make sure to scrub my feet and knees and moisturise these areas to get a even finish. The watermelon scent is very nice at the start but it does wear away after a while to leave the fake tan smell but it doesn't bother me. Lovely product and will be buying again

Lovely product.
4Lovely to apply and gives a nice glow. Watermelon scent isn't as prominent as I was hoping for but it doesn't smell like a sickly sweet fake watermelon scent which is good.

New favourite tan
4I’ve been fake tanning for years now and this tan is my new favourite and go to for gradual tan. I have really fair skin and after one coat I was nice golden colour. However as I’m pale tan takes well to me, and only needed one coat and this was darker than I normally go. Stayed on for a week without top up!

Gorgeous smell on application
4The watermelon scent is lovely, does fade and has the usual fake tan smell once developed. Noticed a huge difference after one application, probably the quickest building gradual tan I've used. I have pale skin so will use every other day.

5If you are looking for a gradual fake tan this is the one! I have tried lots of brands and for my skin tone this is without doubt the best. Such natural glow.

My most repurchased product
5I always repurchase this! It is the best for topping up your tan through the week and so easy to apply. Use a mitt to get the best application, wait 5 mins and you are touch dry and can go among your day with no issues/clothes stains. Also think it’s a great price and it’s always on offer! Thanks LF!
