Its an average mascara that smudges and flakes-well it did on me straight away. I was in a rush first time I've applied it and when I got to work-oh my, disaster-it looked so messy, flakes all over/under my eyes. it was very disappointing as it seemed that there could've been a potential for a good mascara. It is a nice black; glossy black and wand itself looked as it could deliver nice coating but all it done for me was quite the opposite, so now it sitting in my drawer irritating me eyes even without being applied/

lovely packaging and good price. actual mascara disappointingly gloopy. goes on quite thickly and doesn't really separate lashes, more clumps them together. However, fairly industrial strength in terms of staying put. Overall, don't think I'd buy again
