Light brush
3I gave it 3 stars because it's very light, almost airy. I prefer the classic tangle teezer when you feel the weight.

TL:DR is that it works, gets all the knots and doesn't break
4I have long very thick, afro-curly hair. I have tried many different 'de-tangling' brushes all of which have failed, either by being made for smoother hair, two have broken while trying to do my hair... and the fact that the bristles did not penetrate all the through all my hair. But after trying this brush I can say that yes, it goes all the way through my hair and de-tangles very quickly (no more intense upper arm workouts). It is also better than the wide toothed combs I have been using as there is more bristles and it gets though more knots that a wide-toothed comb would miss.

Great little brush!
5Best used on wet hair! If you use this on dry curly hair that has product on, it will tangle up as soon as you detangle it, so do it in the shower with conditioner or apply a lot of oil to dry hair before, unless you have straight hair, this works great on my straight hair clients wet or dry

I like this!
4It's good for my thick and curly hair. It doesn't make me hurt even when I haven't comb my hair for 2 days. However, it would be great for travel if it comes with the cover.

Works even better than the original
5Works even better than the original Tangle Teezer which I've used for years on thick curly 4B/C afro hair. The bristles are longer and noticeably firmer making it easier and faster to detangle from the roots. Copes better with larger sections of hair for speedier detangling. Nice merlot colour too.

Fab with my impossible hair!
5I have had tangle teezer before, and I love them, but often struggled to get through the entirety of my hair and it is incredible thick. However, this solves everything and I would recommend to anyone with thick or curly hair.
