Perfect for beginners
5This was my first "active" and boy, do I love it. Some people have reactions when using Bakuchiol, but this moisturizer for me is top tier. It took about a month to see results, but my skin looked visibly clearer. It has a slightly weird smell which I got to like. It will probably forever remain a favorite. It's also very affordable.

Lightweight moisturiser
5I really like this product. Makes my skin feel soft and amazing. Doesn’t leave my oily skin feeling super oily.

A good cream
4Cannot say if I've noticed any difference since using this cream, but also can't say it's not good. It's very lightweight and quite liquid (so careful when squeezing it out!), and the skin feels soft after application. Shame it's only 30ml.

Good but not great, at least to me.
3I was curious to try the new hero ingredient Bakuchiol of which I had heard many great things. I'm sure it is a good product and I would still recommend people to give it a go, especially if you have problems with retinol/retinoids, but somehow it didn't do great things for me. When I used retinol I got instant, visible overall results, without getting any dreaded skin irritation; with Bakuchiol I'm afraid I did't get the same effects. Moreover. I found it a little oily for my skin (I have sensitive, normal to combination skin), not so much in the texture of the cream itself, as in the general feeling I got after continuous use. It's not bad, but it's simply not the right product/ingredient for me, I'm afraid.

The best bakuchiol
4This stuff is life changing! Strong enough to be really effective, but not overpowering for sensitive skin like a retinol serum might be. I’ve tried a couple of bakuchiol serums before but I keep coming back to this one, as it lasts ages for the price and makes my skin look amazing. I do need another moisturiser over the top, as the formula isn’t moisture from enough, but I do have slightly dry skin. Otherwise it would be a full 5* review.
