If you remember to mix it, I just keep forgetting and then it doesn't mix well with some serums and creams. But if you find the right combo, and you don't use to much thinking it will give you better results, it doesn't and it makes your serum or cream sticky if you do. So I can't really say if I got the results tbh.

I love niacinamide for my combination, rosacea-prone skin, and I was excited to see it available in pure form. As others have said, it works brilliantly mixed with a hyaluronic serum, and I’ve been having great results on scarring/dark spots by mixing this with my watered-down bakuchiol serum (Boots Botanics one) 3-4x a week. I even experimented with using it  as a fixing powder over my foundation, inspired by my usual loose powder from Revolution, which has niacinamide in it - it wasn’t bad actually, but I think I’ll stick to using it with serum, lol! The only potential downside of this product is that you can religiously follow the instructions and/or check The Ordinary’s website/YouTube influencers etc for guidance on using it, but theoretically, someone could mix up tablespoons of the stuff - thinking “more is more” - and hugely damage or irritate their skin as a result. I know  other products are likely more dangerous in that respect (the Ordinary AHA/BHA peeling solution, I’m looking atchoo) but it’s the single negative thing that occurred to me!
