I love this product as I used to use it all the time many yrs ago so thought I would give it a go again my only issue I have is upon delivery the tub looked like it was not brand new as not very full, I emailed with a picture asking if this was normal and three wks on have had no reply from the company.

I buy a lot of TIGI hair products, and all have been absolutely fantastic and have always delivered; until now. This hair mask though - what a let down... Firstly, it's smells AWFUL. And you can't get rid of the smell for at least the next 2 washes... Maybe I need to try it again before I see results; but I think the smell bothers me more than anything.
