Directions of use:
- Open Curler, bring close and insert lashes through opening and center them.
- Rest upper bar of Curler on eyelid to prevent pinching.
- Squeeze Curler together gently but firmly.
- Hold a few seconds. Repeat if necessary.
- Clean after use.
Note: Never apply mascara before curling. This can cause eyelashes to stick to pad or, worse, make lashes brittle and prone to breaking.

Awful
This is the worst eyelash curler that I've tried. The gap where you put your eyelashes isn't large enough to ensure that all of the lashes are caught in the curler and the plastic doesn't feel ridged enough to squeeze the curler tight enough to produce a decent curl. Also far too much of the curler touches the surface area around the eye, making it rather uncomfortable to use and displaces your makeup. Don't waste your money trying this, get a standard metal one instead.

Exceeded expectations
I bought this because I have become allergic to nickel and all the usual eyelash curlers contain nickel. This of course does not. It has exceeded my expectations and it does the job. Not giving it 5 stars for the simple reason that when I use it I am afraid I could break it if I press too hard.

Very easy to use and I haven't hurt myself with these for once. I was just wondering where do I get new pads for them when I eventually run out the spare pads that came with them?

Nice product
I have really long lashes that normally pretty much point straight down, and I wear glasses, so I have to use eyelash curler every day to prevent my lashes to stick to the lens. I have to say that wow, this really gives me a super curl! The curl lasts all day, even if I used a non-waterproof mascara. So much better than any metal curler I've ever used. And you could safely heat it up! The thing that bothers me is that the curler pads don't open as much as I would like to, so at first it was pretty hard to get all of my lashes between the pads. But don't worry, using it gets easier after you get used to it! Still I give this 5 stars, because it really is the best I've ever had.

Perfect material
I like this curler because of its non-metal plastic material (I agree, with metal curler I often hurt myself). Very simple to use and ideal for beginners!

Perfect for anyone who can't handle regular eyelash curlers
When I use a regular eyelash curler I often hurt myself (true story) - with this fancy curler by tweezerman that's not the case at all. The only critic I have is, that it could be a little too small for someone with very big eyes

Complicated and expensive
This eyelash curler is really worthless. It is complicated to use and you cannot see anything while using it because it is so big. I would not recommend you to buy this product as I feel I have wasted my money.

Super curlers
I bought these as I have had lots of problems with my eyelashes due to chemotherapy. I wanted a curler which was sturdy but not metal as I was scared metal would pull them out. This curler is not one bit scary and works really well.

Good bargain :-)
It took me a while to get used to this curler, as it sits on the eye lid when curling the lashes, but other than that, this is a pretty much perfect eyelash curler that comes with 3 additional pads (!). A real bargain!
