Accentuate your eyes with the Urban Decay 24/7 Waterline Eye Pencil; a long-wearing eyeliner available in range of shades.
Expertly enhancing and defining eyes, the creamy, waterproof pencil glides on effortlessly without dragging to deliver high-pigmented colour with excellent stay-ability.
Cruelty free. Not tested on animals.
Free from mineral oil, paraffin and preservatives.
Start off by sharpening your pencil to a rounded point.
Lower waterline: Press the pencil gently against the lower lashes, working across with short, gentle strokes until you get the intensity you want.
Upper waterline: Look straight ahead and put the soft point of the pencil at the outer corner of your eye. With pressure toward the lashes, push your eyelid up slightly as you work your way across with slightly longer, gentle strokes.
Stop about three-quarters of the way between the outer and inner corner. Then start over at the inner corner, using the same technique until the two lines meet.

Nice eyeliner
As with all eyeliners so far i always have black under my eye ages a couple of hours and this one is the same. Although lovely liner that goes on smoothly but my critic is that only and maybe that is just my problem

Don’t do it!!! The boots one for a fiver is better although you can’t sharpen that either, I am still on the hunt for a good waterline eyeliner but I can tell you now this ain’t the one!!!

Really good
I usually use Charlotte tilbury eyeliner but really pleasantly surprised with this and will be my new go to! It’s lasting long sharpens well and not too smudgey at all giving a pop on the eye

No smudging
I love this eyeliner which I use on my waterline. It doesn’t smudge or run, which is a real achievement with my watery eyes and oily skin

Does what it says on the tin!
Lovely eye pencil; smooth application, doesn’t drag on the eye. I find this blend-able and most of all it does not budge once set!
