- Pull your eyelid taut and use the pencil to line your upper and lower lids
- Begin at the inner corners and work outwards
Starting at outer corner of eye, draw a line to the middle of the lashline. Repeat from inner corner of eye, connecting to the first line. Create thin or thick lines to intensify the eye.

Best eye pencil on the market
As far as pencil liners go-this is by far the best I have used. I have tried many colours and all of them perform as well as each other. Great pigmentation and blendability but then sets and will not budge all day/night. This one in particular is very good as it is double ended, so you get two looks for the price of one :)
