Exfoliate but do not moisturise or use moisturising shower cream prior to tanning. Use a tanning mitt and apply to skin in circular movements. Allow 1-3 or more hours before showering off.

Not the best
This product just doesn't seem to "take" on me. Despite leaving on for the full 3 hours, I'm only left with a very pale yellow. I'm a fan of their Body Blur, but I'm afraid I will use other rapid tanners in future which are far more effective.
