My Bathroom Miracle
I'm a huge fan of Westlab products but the Magnesium Flakes are my favourite - perfect after a long Sunday run or after a busy day at work! The salts help to relax my muscles better than any other product! I really notice a difference that evening as well as the day after and always recommend them to anyone having difficulty sleeping after a workout or stressful day! :)
