Stick with it.
I must admit I’m terrible for buying something using a couple of times and it sits in a draw! But I have been using this. I tweezer my upper lip and I do get a lot of ingrown hairs which then means I can’t leave them I dig my skin until it bleeds and looks red and terrible. This has also caused pigmentation either side of my upper lip. I use this morning and evening it can sting and feel uncomfortable but only for a couple of seconds. The scent is lovely and it seems to be doing a good job at drawing the hairs out. I came across this product in a random internet search and I’m glad I did. I suffer with ingrown hairs everywhere but I use this mainly on upper lip in the summer I’ll apply to legs and see how that goes.

irritation relief
I don't have enough good things to say about this. Through years of shaving regularly has resulted in ingrown hairs/razor bumps. I have sensitive skin and even though I tried every other product on the market (fancy razor blades, different methods of shaving, expensive shaving creams, etc.), I saw little improvement. This has completely changed shaving for me. I don't even have to use it too regularly any more and the results are incredible. If you're considering buying it, I'd say absolutely go for it!! I don't think I've ever been so grateful for a product. It's great value as well - this one bottle will last me many months.

It works!
I used this on a patch on my legs where I suffer from ingrown hair and razor bumps. It's a clear blue gel and smells ok not too masculine. It does sting a little when applied. I did notice a difference however since I'm not sure how long the bottle would last if you had it apply it on a large area.
