Slight lilac tint
Since my hair has regrown following cancer treatment I’ve decided keep my natural silver/ grey colour that iv been disguising for 25 years! That being said I’m always looking for a shampoo to enhance the colour & shine. This product is nice to use- however I do gel hat t very slightly darkens the silver (I’m very light silver) & occasionally I’ve noticed a slight lilac tinge at the sides of my hair. This is a “pet peeve” as I really do not want to look like I’m trying to be “trendy” with lilac hair - it reminds me to much of the old dears in decades gone by who departed the hair salon every week proudly sporting a “blue rinse” So when I do use it I tend to rinse off immediately as if it’s left for any length of time it will stain. Having said that it doesn’t stain my hands or my bath which is huge bonus. I probably won’t by again. I personally prefer the John Frieda Shimmering Silver range.

Great as a cheaper option
Great for weekly use to keep brassy yellow tones at bay. Leaves my hair looking fresh and vibrant. Perfect for maintaining cool, ashy tones without over-drying.

Bleached hair
I use this once a week in my bleached hair and it keeps the yellow brassy tones at bay. As with all purple shampoos over use can actually make blonde hair look dull. But this is a great product- even better when on offer!

Best silver shampoo
This is the best silver shampoo for weekly use. I used this for years. Keeps blonde fresh and clean without drying out or leaving a purple glow! Highly recommend
