The Mario Badescu Buffering Lotion is a targeted treatment designed specifically for blemishes, under the surface breakouts and pigmentation.
The solution works to visibly soothe the appearance of redness while drying out the look of blemishes. 1% niacinamide powers the drying lotion to visibly improve uneven skin tone and dullness while minimising the appearance of enlarged pores. Infused with 3.7% zinc oxide, the formula absorbs excess oils, as well as drying out spots with the help of allantoin. Pigmentation and redness caused by breakouts appears soothed and minimised after use.

- Recommended Amount: A small amount to cover blemishes.
- Application: Shake well before applying directly onto affected areas with clean fingertips. Do not apply anything over the Buffering Lotion (such as moisturiser or night cream). Apply a few drops of the Buffering Lotion onto dry skin on affected areas under a thin layer of Mario Badescu’s Drying Mask.
- Routine: After 15 minutes, rinse off, tone, and follow with another application of the Buffering Lotion.
- Please Note: Do not use this as a preventative product; it should only be used when necessary on active blemishes. Do not apply to eye area. If product gets into eyes, rinse well with water. Not recommended for use with topical prescriptions or sensitive skin. Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water. If skin irritation develops and persists, discontinue use.

- Niacinamide: Known as vitamin B3, helps to visibly brighten the complexion
- Allantoin: A compound with skin protecting, hydrating and soothing properties
