- Application: Apply to freshly cleansed skin with a reusable cotton pad. For extra sensitive skin, dampen your cotton pad with water beforehand to dilute the formula, then apply as usual as your skin becomes accustomed to it.

I’m not loyal to toners and do like to try different ones but I always go back to this. I do see a visible difference when using this again. Gives a glowy fresh look. You don’t need much so it can last well.
