Step 1: Prime eyelid with a pea-size amount of Shadow Insurance using a clean fingertip or a flat eye shadow brush.

they spin in a circle
I have a feeling that they return to the same shades again and again, only that they mix them up a little in other palettes. otherwise I love them and they are nicely pigmented

Ethereal eye shadow palette
This is a lovely eye shadow set. The application is very smoothe and the colours are beautiful. They can be blended together and produce strong pigment. I love the sparkle. The packaging is pretty as well.

Small but mighty
This palette is gorgeous and for the sale price is worth it, however the size would make the full price pretty silly. The shades go on great apart from the pastel blue and pastel pink, these two are okay but require a lot of work.

Lovely colors in the box but not as impressive when trying to apply with brush
The colors are very fresh and light for spring and summer. However when trying to apply it is not as rich on the brush and requires a lot more laying to get deeper color to match what you see in the pan. It does have a very floral scent and the pans are smaller than other urban decay and tarte palette pans. Price was ok in the sale but otherwise may have felt a bit much for the amount and quality in comparison.
