Introducing the Cleansing Balm by Augustinus Bader, a nourishing formula that purifies the skin of stubborn makeup, daily impurities and excess oil. The sensorial balm transforms into a milky cleanser upon contact with water, removing all traces of the day without stripping the skin of moisture.

At the heart of the formula lies an Avocado-Olive Fruit Oil Complex. Working in synergy with Augustinus Bader’s patented TFC8® technology, the complex protects against environmental aggressors that can contribute to premature skin ageing. After use, skin feels refreshed with a smooth, luminous appearance.

The luxurious balm is accompanied by ‘The Cloth.’ Made from 100% cotton muslin, the cloth gently exfoliates the skin to deliver an effective cleanse.

When to Use: Can be used as a complete cleanser on its own, or as the first step in a double cleanse regimen, followed by The Cream Cleansing Gel.
Recommended Amount: A pea-sized amount.
Application: Use fingertips to massage The Cleansing Balm into dry skin, paying special attention to areas where dirt, oil and stubborn makeup accumulate. Add water to emulsify, and continue to massage. Soak 'The Cloth' in warm water and apply gently to the skin in circular motions to remove impurities and excess balm. Pat skin dry.
Routine: Continue with the rest of your Augustinus Bader skincare regimen. Rinse 'The Cloth' thoroughly and allow to hang dry between uses.
