How to redeem your voucher code:

1. Simply enter the code into the promotional code box on the basket page.
2. Click update.
3. Proceed to checkout.

1. Free Shipping

1. Voucher codes cannot be applied on the checkout page and cannot be redeemed retrospectively.
2. For offer validity, refer to the dates specified on the unique voucher's terms and conditions.
3. Free shipping is applicable to UK orders unless specified otherwise.
4. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
5. Where the voucher code states ‘only one redemption per customer number’, signifies the code can be redeemed once per person for the duration of the promotion.
6. Where the voucher code states ‘only one redemption per customer per order’, signifies no limit to the number of times each code can be redeemed per person for the duration of the promotion.
7. You must be registered and logged into www.lookfantastic.com or www.lookmantastic.com to receive your discount.

2. Money Off

1. In order for your 'money off' voucher to be added to your order, you must have products totalling the minimum spend (or more) in your basket – as illustrated in the 'Total Product Value' column on the basket page.
2. The offer excludes all ghd hair irons unless specified otherwise.
3. For offer validity, refer to the dates specified on the unique voucher's terms and conditions.

1. The percentage discount applies to ‘Our price’. Where there is no ‘Our price’, the percentage discount will be applied to the original price displayed next to the product.

If you experience any problems with your order, please contact support@lookfantastic.com before finalising your order. We are unable to apply the voucher to your order once it has been processed.

PLEASE NOTE: VOUCHER CODES ARE NOT VALID IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY OTHER OFFER OR ON SALE ITEMS.

1. Only one prize will be awarded per entrant.
2. Winners are chosen at random from all customers who enter at lookfantastic.com between specified dates and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
3. Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative.
4. Prize winners will be notified by email and their prize will be delivered to their specified lookfantastic membership delivery address stated within their account details.
5. Royal Mail returns of any prize described as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.
6. lookfantastic reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at anytime.
7. No purchase necessary.
8. All prizes must be claimed within 90 days of competition closing.
