​Shampoo: Wet hair completely. Massage into wet hair, beginning at the roots and working toward the ends. Lather then rinse thoroughly with cool water.

Conditioner: Apply to clean, wet hair. Leave on for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly with cool water.
