This product lasts for up to 60 washes.

1. After shampooing, rub the conditioner bar between wet hands and work through the hair from root to end.
2. Alternatively, rub the bar along the lengths of the hair and work through with your fingers.
3. Leave for two minutes before rinsing thoroughly with warm water.
