I love it!
I love kerastase and I love the Discipline range. I use it for my keratin treated hair and it definetly helps maintaining it and protects it from damage. I really recommend the shampoo and hair mask, but not 100% sure about the conditioner as I don’t feel it makes as much of a difference as the hair mask does, but still a good conditioner.

After menopause my hair reacted badly to colouring and was so dry and I had bald patches! I decided to grow out my colour and I now have natural ash blonde thick curly hair again.
